Hello and welcome to your latest Next Week at Key. Here’s what you need to know for the first full week of school in 2020!
ASEP Starts This Week
ASEP classes begin this week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. If your student is enrolled in an ASEP class, their classroom teacher will take them to the gym at the end of the school day. ASEP teachers will pick them up from the gym after a snack is provided. At 4:30 pm, please pick up your student outside the main office. If your student is in KEHP, your student’s ASEP teacher will drop them off at KEHP and you will pick them up from there.
Enrichment Classes (Monday, Friday & A.M. Classes)
Winter season enrichment classes from ActivePlay, including cooking, hip hop, fencing, and more, will run from January 13 to March 30 (during regular school days); tennis from TGA, starting January 24, is available for winter and spring sessions. Registration will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis, and once payment is received your student will be added to the roster for the selected class(es).

Key Family Science Night is Thursday, January 23
Family Science Night is Thursday, January 23, from 6 to 7:30 pm — the kick-off event for Science Fair season! Family Science Night gives students an opportunity to engage in a variety of hands-on activities to help generate project ideas. We need volunteers to make this event a success. Please sign up to help with an activity station (no experience required), set up or clean up, or to sell pizza. Contact Yanna Comstock (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you are interested or sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/4090F49AEAD2AA0F94-keyschool.
