The Key School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) works hard each year to support our teachers, staff, and children. The PTO is a non-profit organization that funds teacher aide positions, teacher and classroom funds, field trips, technology upgrades, and much more. All Key parents are welcome and encouraged to join the PTO. To get involved, attend one of the PTO general meetings, or if you would like to volunteer, click here.
PTO dues are a crucial component that help us to support Key School. The suggested dues for the 2019–20 school year start at $425 and increase depending on the number of children you have attending Key School. However, only a $5 minimum is required to vote on PTO business and take advantage of PTO-sponsored activities, including KEHP (the aftercare program). Our dues are MUCH lower than surrounding schools in the neighborhood, which range from $625 per student on the low end to $1,200 per student.

- Teacher aide salaries
- Classroom set up and teacher funds
- Science fair and science program support
- Library books
- Reading and math resource materials
- Performing arts program and field trips
- Capital improvements and supplemental technology upgrades
